Job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:Support Orme Team in fulfilling day-to-day creative requests and assist with all digital and print creative production.Own creation of trade show booth layouts, retail guides, and any print and packaging needs in support to Orme Team.Responsible for creating all graphic artwork for the following media: Digital Marketing Assets, Social Media Assets, Email Assets, Webpage Assets, Look books, fit & retail guides, line sheets and sales advertisement collateral, Special events branded materials, and Tradeshow branded materials Create wire frames for web page designs using attention to detail on layout, content and placement. Create imagery including illustrations and graphics for social media.Organize and maintain creative assets.Maintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies. Plan concepts by studying available information and materials, working towards execution of the Founder and CEO vision. Assist with creating prototypes/mock-ups or any necessary materials for presentations.Translating the brand’s visual language and branding consistently across all our channels.Work closely with Orme Team to translate messaging concepts into marketing materials.Partner with team to build original content/conceive seasonal campaigns and ideas.Execute video production tasks, editing for social media usage.Assist with photoshoot pre & post-production.Responsible for manipulating images to produce high-quality imagery.Collaborate with Management Team to create new ideas and stimulation for the brand. Other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design.3+ years’ experience working within Graphic Design (in-house or agency).Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong creative instincts in all facets of the creative process. Ability to combine assets in a way that makes sense visually.Experience creating digital assets – emails, homepage, and social ads.Retouching skills.Photography skills.Knowledge using Adobe Creative Suite.Basic HTML skills.
