Systems Analyst - TX Residents only $50ph+ -Remote

We are seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Financials Business Analyst to join our dedicated CAPPS Financials upgrade project team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust business analyst background with a deep understanding of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 and government fund accounting processes. While prior experience in a techno-functional role is not required, a focus on business acumen and the ability to comprehend complex business processes is essential.Key Responsibilities:Conduct requirement analysis and review meetings with subject matter experts (SMEs).Document complex system requirements, processes, test scenarios, test scripts, and training materials.Perform hands-on testing and support multiple test cycles.Serve as a backup on one or more of the Accounts Payable, Purchasing, or Asset Management modules.Communicate and collaborate effectively with a diverse team in a remote work environment.Estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Work Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CentralCandidate Skills and Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:8 years of experience as a Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) on implementation or upgrade projects.8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 General Ledger and Commitment Accounting.8 years of experience in identifying requirements and creating formal functional documents for key business stakeholders and SMEs.8 years of experience in conducting formal work sessions and functional analysis presentations.8 years of experience in performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).8 years of experience (at least 2) with MS Team and Channel communication with a large team.Preferred Requirements:4 years of experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials.2 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 eProcurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Contracts.2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine (AWE).2 years of experience with SharePoint.1 year of experience with Jira.1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.1 year of experience with STAT.Terms of Service: Services are expected to start on 05/20/2024 and are expected to be completed by 08/31/2024.
