About Job:Recommended Background and Experience:An RF Production Engineer should possess at least a BSEE and 2+ years of experience manufacturing RF products.An RF Production Engineer should have a record of academic excellence and demonstrated experience in most of the following areas:Antenna design and analysis: Antenna layout and tuning; feed design; impedance matching; computational EM analysis.RF design and analysis: Microstrip circuit design; RF layout and simulation; phased array design experience.Antenna and RF testing: Network analyzer S-parameter characterization; antenna pattern measurement.Software engineering: Software design; algorithm implementation; software analysis, testing, and optimization.Programming proficiency in Python and full-stack web developmentAn RF Production Engineer should have effective written and verbal communication skills, with the demonstrated ability to convey salient details about advanced technology in a compelling manner to both experts and non-experts alike.IPC-A-610 (Class 3) soldering experience is desirable.
