Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Expert at our JBLM, WA location. The Mobile Expert will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their mobile technology needs, and driving sales. This includes explaining product features and benefits, demonstrating mobile devices, and assisting with device setup and troubleshooting. The Mobile Expert will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of current technology trends and updates.
