Summary

Ouro Austin is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Analyst to join our team. The HR Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting various HR functions, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, contractor management, payroll processing, local compliance, benefits administration, data entry, data audit , data management, leave of absence administration, employee changes, employment & promotion letters, tier 1 support for employee questions, and records management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Coordinate pre-boarding activities for new hires, including background checks, documentation collection, and system setup.Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Manage offboarding procedures, including exit interviews, offboarding documentation, and exit checklist completion.Liaison with the local vendor and provide support for contractor management processes, onboarding, and offboarding.Assist with payroll processing activities, including data entry, payroll adjustments, and resolving payroll-related inquiries.Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws, staying updated on changes and providing guidance to stakeholders.Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries from employees.Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain HR systems and databases.Manage leave of absence administration, maternity, paternity, disability, and other statutory leaves.Process employee changes, such as job title changes, salary adjustments, department transfers & promotions.Prepare employment contracts, promotion letters, and other HR-related documents as needed.Support audit and compliance activities, including data validation, documentation review, and internal controls testing.Provide tier 1 support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.Ensure accurate and compliant records management, including document retention, storage, and disposal.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or related roles.Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
