Company DescriptionOvation Behavior Group is a small in-home ABA agency based in Cranford, New Jersey. We are owned and operated by two BCBAs with a combined total of over 40 years in the field. Ovation provides comprehensive applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities and offers 1:1 direct behavior/skill acquisition therapy and parent coaching using a naturalistic, play-based model. We are passionate about high-quality, compassionate services and believe collaboration with parents and other service providers (speech, OT, school teams) is essential in an individual's progress. Our team uses evidence-based practices and personalized treatment plans to increase independence and improve quality of life. Role DescriptionThis is a part-time hybrid BCBA role at Ovation Behavior Group in Central New Jersey (primarily Union County) with flexibility for some remote work. As a Hybrid BCBA, you will develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and oversee and coach Behavior Technicians (BTs) in a supportive manner. BTs will rely on you to assist them in overcoming challenges and answering questions about their day-to-day client interactions. Strong communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. You should be organized and self-sufficient to perform successfully in this role while also feeling comfortable in seeking support from colleagues. QualificationsBoard Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certificationMaster's degree in behavior analysis or related fieldExperience in providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilitiesStrong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques, and experience with behavior assessment and interventionExcellent communication and collaboration skillsWillingness to collaborate with families and outside care providers including daycares, schools, and related service therapies (OT, Speech, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of clients and their familiesValid driver's license and reliable transportationAvailability to work part-time with a flexible scheduleAvailability to provide at least two in-person visits per month, per client
