We are seeking a qualified and experienced Safety Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure working environment on our data center construction sites.

Must have client-facing communications experience that focuses on customer service and collaboration.Discernment with transparent escalations and interactions with others.Follow-up and timely resolution of issues and action items.Meeting and resource coordination/scheduling.Using and adopting new technologies.Creating PowerPoint presentations.Reading construction drawings.Familiarity with all core construction concepts e.g., RFIs, submittals, EH&S, QA/QC.Jobsite delivery coordination or scheduling (e.g., materials, OFCI equipment).Familiarity with permitting processes.Reviewing construction payment applications and construction accounting.

JOB DESCRIPTION [Minimum 4-5 years’ experience required]Project issues to construction team.Pre-build page turn meetings and consolidate outcomes into confirming RFIs.Mobilization activities per the construction program.Jobsite cameras, manage set-up and routinely verify operation throughout the project.Prepare for project success meeting prior to mobilization.Overdue RFIs and submittals in weekly OAC meetings.Weekly Delivery update reports.Project progress against milestone and contractual delivery dates.OFCI equipment deliveries and attend OFCI meetings through installation and commissioning.Mock-ups and first-in-place inspections with design and construction teams.Logistics plans are complete, current, and enforced through construction and turnover.Communications between 3rd party partners (e.g., jurisdiction, utility providers, neighbors, JV partners, design firms).Constructability and design questions to the design team, coordinate meetings to answer or resolve, and ensure GC submits a confirming RFI.Execute safety program; ensure GC’s compliance with the safety program.Rapport with GC through regular interactions (e.g., job walks, meetings).Tracking and permit-related meetings.Contractor payment applications and change orders, to include quality reviews for completeness and entitlement.Continuous Improvement and Lessons Learned processes.Construction activities in live environments through the Operations change management process.
