Entry level opening for a Technical Deployment Specialist. Work is onsite in Washington, PA area.
Our client is seeking a Technical Deployment Specialists to join their team for a short-term project spanning three months. As a PC Deployment Specialist, you will be responsible for performing PC refreshes for approximately 400 PCs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in the IT field, as no prior experience is required.
ResponsibilitiesPerform PC refreshes, including hardware and software upgrades, for approximately 400 PCs.Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy in PC deployments.Assist with inventory management and tracking of PC assets.Provide basic technical support to end-users as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project goals.Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
RequirementsNo prior experience required; open to entry-level candidates.Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.Availability to work full-time hours for the duration of the project (three months).
