Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Service Crew Members at Pagoda Asian Grill. Service Crew Members will be responsible for providing exceptional Guest service and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant. The primary goal will be to ensure our Guests have a memorable dining experience.
Job Responsibilities
Excellent customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.Basic math skills for cash handling.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.Food service experience is a plus but not required.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Excellent customer service skills.Food service experience is a plus but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude.Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.Basic math skills for cash handling.Willingness to learn and adapt to changing tasks and priorities.Must be able to stand and walk for periods of four to ten hours in length each shift.Ability to communicate in Spanish and English is a plus.Must be able to reach, bend, balance and transport various objects weighing up to 30 lbs repeatedly during a shift.Ability to learn proper sanitation practices and safety procedures. Must possess a current Food Handlers Card where applicable.Ability to work around various levels of temperature, including warm to very warm temperatures in the kitchen.Ability to wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils, and maintain all areas of the restaurant.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
