Summary

As a Production Lead, you will manage team member production. You will be responsible for supervising the team in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities

Plan own work activities, including coordination of work activities of othersMonitor performance of team members within the crewAssist with crew schedulingCoordinate and assign duties of team members; provides team member training.Ensure that production deadlines and requirements are met.Keep records of productionRegularly perform product quality verifications.Regularly perform scale inspections for accuracyMaintain legible and accurate records or logs as required.Assist with inventory tracking (APC)Make sure hygiene and safety regulations are followed.Perform other duties, as assigned

What You Bring to Pacific Seafood

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)One year related experience and/or trainingEquivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred

Forklift certification.Bilingual in English and SpanishBasic PC knowledge Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Pay: $17 Hourly
