Onboarding Manager
Location - Lehi, Utah - In person
The day-to-day
When a business signs up for Pageport, you will be their primary contact to help them get set up and get value as quickly as possible - that includes things like
Integrating Pageport with their internal systems (CRM, email, SMS)Helping them customize their initial Pageport video pages and sequences Tracking their progress in our customer success platform (Vitally)Following up daily via phone and email until a customer is fully onboardedCommunicating with recently onboarding customers to measure satisfaction and to introduce them to new features

Self-starter - Pageport is a startup and a startup mentality is required; if you love taking on a challenge and owning the outcome, this is for youGreat communicator - you will be speaking with Pageport customers every dayOrganized - you will be onboarding 20+ people at any given time, and you’ll need to stay up to date on getting each of them moving forward
