📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Seeking a candidate who is highly skilled with B2B eCommerce in general and specifically with Amazon. You will be responsible for all aspects of account management and work with an established team to drive and increase the business.
Essential Job Functions:Manage listings. Ensure listings are active and optimized regarding images and descriptions.Upload new products and create variants to current and new items.Manage inventory. Ensure inventory is being fed and place warehouse orders weekly. Review forecast and order replenishment.Analyze potential white space for product opportunities and work with internal team to develop this.Research and recommend marketing opportunities and campaigns for portfolio.
Minimum Requirements:2+ years of experience in B2B eCommerce. Experience with Amazon is a strong plus.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceStrong Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skillsAbility to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when contacting visitors, customers, vendors, and company contacts.Flexible, detailed oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.Ability to meet deadlines with little to no supervision.Ability to influence business decisions with concrete analytical support through verbal or written communication.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Ability to work in a team environment.Jewelry or Accessory experience a plus.
