Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Workers' Compensation Attorney at Palace Law. As a Workers' Compensation Attorney, you will be responsible for handling workers' compensation cases and personal injury cases. Your day-to-day tasks will include client representation, case management, legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court. This role is primarily based in University Place, WA, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
Experience in workers' compensation and personal injury lawKnowledge of employee benefits and insuranceStrong understanding of claims handling and claims managementExcellent customer service skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the State Bar AssociationBilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a plus
