Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies with a cohesive brand narrative to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisitionLead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and overall company initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesResponsible for leading external marketing and communication content and partnering with HR and other internal departments to implement effective internal communication strategies Partner with leadership in multiple office locations to market to targeted clientsBuild and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholdersPartner with staff to create and complete RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, presentations, and pre-qualification statementsDevelop, direct, and implement the company's advertising and promotional activitiesStay current with industry trends, market analysis, and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth and creative marketing solutionsRequirements:Minimum 10+ years of experience in marketing within the construction, engineering, architecture, or other related industry Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications business administration, or a related fieldAbility to grow and lead a team, having excellent leadership, managerial, or mentorship skillsMust have knowledge of marketing implementation platforms Ability to build relationships and coordinate marketing strategies with leaders across multiple office locations and business unitsMust be able to take direction, adhere to strict deadlines, and maintain confidentialityMembership and active participation in professional organizations Proficient in Microsoft Office and other graphics programs Work Model:On-Site
