About this opportunity
We are looking for a strong, empowering leader to champion the efforts of our Finance department. This position will work closely with the CEO, CFO, COO and other executive leaders to help PAM reach the growth goals we have set for ourselves.
Pay and Schedule
Monday - Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. The pay range is $150,000 - $200,000/year base salary dependent on experience. The position is also eligible for the executive bonus plan. *Relocation assistance available for the right candidate*
How will you contribute to the success of the team?
You will be responsible for the oversight, management, and strategic direction for a wide array of financial functions including:
Financial statement generation, distribution and variance analysisAnnual planningFinancial statement forecasting & modelingPartnering with business leaders to help understand and drive resultsAnalysis and execution of strategic initiatives and ad-hoc decision supportFinancial project management, including participation in the evaluation, selection and integration of a new financial/accounting system
What makes you a strong candidate for this position?
CPA (Preferred)Superior financial, analytical, and accounting skills; full understanding of financing strategies and the impact on the business and financial structure.Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, ability to influence without positional authority.Ability to present to high level leadership.Willingness and confidence to have difficult conversations with employees as well as key internal and external stakeholders.Ability to train, develop, and motivate employees.High-character individual who conducts himself/herself with integrity and wins the trust of others.Ability to think strategically while identifying areas of organizational improvement.Strong stress tolerance and ability to handle changing priorities.
