Regulatory Compliance and Continuity Planning:Interpret and address specific mandates as outlined in regulatory requirements, focusing on improving existing Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) frameworks.Formulate and carry out detailed strategies to comply with these mandates, including preparing for regulatory reviews and audits.Business Continuity Management (BCM):Assess and refine BC policies, procedures, and documentation comprehensively.Conduct risk evaluations to pinpoint essential business operations and their dependencies.Forge practical BC strategies in partnership with various business departments.Disaster Recovery Efforts:Enhance and administer effective DR schemes, encompassing data safeguarding, system failover, and recovery processes.Schedule and oversee DR drills to confirm preparedness.Work in tandem with IT departments to bolster system robustness, alongside monitoring and reporting DR performance.Testing and Operational Readiness:Develop and perform exhaustive testing plans for BC and DR, including scenario-based exercises, to evaluate response effectiveness.Pinpoint improvement opportunities and suggest remedial measures.Senior Program/Project Management Role:Background in overseeing significant regulatory compliance initiatives within a tech environment is essential.Manage and oversee the execution of extensive programs, ensuring coordination and management of multiple projects.Skilled in dependency and risk management, with proficiency in executive reporting.Require a seasoned professional in regulatory tech and information security program management, capable of leading major, cross-organizational projects.The candidate should be proactive, with a track record of meeting objectives and capable of deconstructing projects into achievable targets, adapting to scope changes within technology and information security effectively.Experience in executing project plans in tech and information security environments is crucial, with a minimum of 5-10 years in program management.The ability to communicate and implement Project and Program Management plans in tech and information security, including risk mitigation strategies, is required.Experience in setting project deliverables in tech/information security projects, including requirement gathering and analysis through various methodologies.Expertise in managing large-scale program interdependencies, with experience leading teams of over 50 and organizations of more than 1000 people.Advanced skills in monitoring, controlling, and directing projects/programs, with the ability to lead corrective measures and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.Proficiency in risk management, project kick-off, and documentation is necessary, highlighting a professional approach to project management
