We are seeking a driven Project Manager with expertise in Process Piping to join our team. As a crucial member of our Process Piping division, you will play a vital role in the success of our projects from the planning, organization, and management of the day-to-day operations to complete the work safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
QualificationsMinimum 5 years of construction project management experience with expertise in Process Piping for the pharmaceutical and life science industriesThorough understanding of and ability to read P&IDs and PFDs requiredVerifiable understanding of Project Maintenance and Startup Standard Operating Procedures, and Project Schedules (sequencing of work, crew flow, etc)Proven ability of running multiple complex and profitable projects with minimal oversiteComfortable interacting with all levels of professionals, both inside and outside the organizationProficient in technical applications and software tools, including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Bluebeam Must be a team player and believe in our company core values of Family, Loyalty, and RespectExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the capabilities of mentoring othersMust be physically agile and able to climb ladders, access, and egress trenches and/or attic spaces and/or confined spacesMust maintain a valid state driver’s license in good standing due to required travel to and from multiple project locations
