Job Responsibilities:Forecast and analyze revenue trends, identifying growth opportunities.Create and distribute insightful reports comparing actual performance to plans and forecasts.Leverage data from various systems for predictive modeling, financial analysis, and marketing insights.Evaluate financial impact by analyzing performance against budgets.Develop data-driven recommendations to optimize product lines and marketing strategies.Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement dashboards and reports aligned with leadership needs.Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to identify new revenue streams and strategic partnerships.Conduct business case analysis and ROI evaluations for marketing and sales initiatives.Manage special projects and ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership.Ensure data quality across various systems, enabling targeted marketing campaigns based on KPI analysis.Bridge communication between Marketing, Finance, MIS, and Fulfillment groups.
Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 5-7 years of experience with increasing responsibility in marketing, business analysis, or a similar field.Proven ability to compile and interpret marketing metrics and KPIs.Skills in interpreting financial data, customer models, and basic statistical analysis.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to balance big picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, etc. preferred).
