Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal - Legal Assistant. As a Litigation Paralegal - Legal Assistant, you will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks such as legal document preparation, communication with clients and other parties involved in cases, and providing administrative assistance to attorneys. This role is located in Omaha, Nebraska.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of law and legal proceduresExperience in legal document preparationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient in administrative assistance tasksExperience as a Legal Assistant or similar roleAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsKnowledge of relevant legal software and toolsParalegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
