📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Summary
Will be introduced to a variety of IT processes, manufacturing applications, and management techniques that will play a role in the day to day operations of the business. Projects may include but are not limited to: Imaging Computers, Computer Replacement, Remote Help Desk, Maintaining Asset Database, Printer Support/Maintenance, and Active Directory Support.

Collaborates with other Technical Analysts, Senior Technical Analysts and end users.
Essential Functions
Works with infrastructure team to understand the technological impact of the business. Remote Help desk support over the phone/via remote management software. Learn about developing and deploying appropriate Information Technology solutions. Understand how modifications of basic IT systems improve and simplify business systems and reduce operating cost. Learn and comply with procedures for proper utilization of IT technology.This position may be assigned (but is not limited to) one of the following key information technology disciplines and/or services: Software Support PC Support LAN/WAN Support Help Desk IT Security Current college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, and related Computer Hardware/Networking degrees. Student in Junior or Senior year standing. Good communication skills with technical data. Ability to analyze and problem solve quickly. Exceptional interpersonal skills
