Position Overview:The nationally-recognized Real Estate Litigation Practice seeks an Associate in class years2020 - 2021 with substantial commercial litigation experience at a New York City law firm.This is a unique opportunity to join this top-tier practice which possesses a diverse client baseand handles a wide variety of highly sophisticated commercial litigations with a focus onreal estate and high-stakes hospitality industry litigation.The Real Estate Litigation Practice is part of the General Litigation Group and, due to themagnitude of the work, often involves attorneys in the General Litigation Group as well asother departments in the firm (including the Real Estate Transactional Group).The group is comprised of five partners, one counsel, and four associates. It boasts a team-oriented, collegial environment that encourages associates to take on responsibility tofoster and expedite their development as litigators.

Requirements:Excellent professional and academic credentialsDynamic, forward-thinking personality with the ability to think on one’s feetSubstantial commercial litigation experience at a NYC law firm with a desire to focus onReal Estate mattersReal Estate Litigation experience is a plus, NOT a requirementJD from a top tier law school (2020 - 2021 law school graduate)New York bar admission
