Job Description

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Mechanical Inspector to join our team! In this role you will get to overseeing the construction of large-scale, complex water/wastewater treatment plants, industrial manufacturing plants, or power plants. This is a very large, 5 year project with a lot of opportunity for growth.

What Required Skills You'll Bring

Minimum of 5 years of field experience overseeing the construction of large-scale, complex water/wastewater treatment plants, industrial manufacturing plants, or power plants.Demonstrated experience with mechanical systems, including pumps, blowers, compressors, mechanical mixing, process piping, HVAC, plumbing, fire suppression, and material handling equipment.Demonstrated knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment related to mechanical systems.Possess current ICC certifications in HVAC and plumbing.Good communication skills with contractors, engineers, owner’s representatives, to ensure code and standards compliance.Ability to accurately document inspection observations, generate daily inspection reports, and make corrective action recommendations.Physical ability to work on active construction sites, including confined access entry and climbing ladders and stairs, and OSHA training record.

Salary Range

$15.68 - $71.30
