Partners Professionals is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist, located in San Diego 92131. Temp to hire, M-F 8-5pm, onsite, offering $18-21/hr. One in person interview & offer for the right fit! Looking to start someone immediately!!
Accounts Payable Specialist Job duties:Review, process, and reconcile to vendor statements, purchase orders, and receiving documents of high volume of AP invoices in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.Research, resolve, and respond to employee and vendor account and payment inquiries.Maintain employee and vendor files.Process weekly ACH payments for US, Canada AP, and Europe vendors.Perform month end close such as accrual of invoices and un-invoiced expenses.Maintain efficient and effective internal control and processes to ensure proper accounting and reporting.Enter, review and process 1099s.Assist with AR functions.Work with the accounting team to complete work in a timely and efficient manner.Prepare various monthly Journal Entries to GL, accruals, account reconciliation and close.Reconcile AP and Various other general ledger accounts.Reconcile fixed asset and depreciation accounts.Perform monthly JE uploads to the GL, review and resolve coding errors.Perform special projects and analysis as requested or assigned
Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:2+ years Accounts Payable process and procedural knowledgeAdvanced MS Excel (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)Great Plains or Avelara computer knowledgeEducation: Degree preferred
