📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Role
As a CNC Machinist (also known as CNC Lathe Operator, Precision Components Machinist), you'll operate CNC Lathes, interpret blueprints, determine tooling requirements, and adjust machine controls. You'll also monitor machining processes, recommend production improvements, and maintain cleanliness of your work area.

Qualifications
5+ years of CNC Machining experience, specifically with CNC Horizontal Lathes.Ability to machine various metals of different grades, hardness, shapes, and conditions.Strong problem-solving skills with a "figure it out" attitude.
