College & Career Program Manager

Path to College is looking for a rare individual who possesses exceptional skills, innovative thinking, and a passion for education equity as we expand our college and career outreach program.

The College & Career Program Manager will help run our college and career outreach program in the implementation of our organization’s mission:

To expand minds and ignite potential

This person must have strong leadership and communication skills; the ability to multitask while providing supervision and guidance to students and college coaches; and the ability to create and maintain relationships with businesses, school leaders, and community organizations. This is an impactful role that will help shape the future workforce and guide the path for thousands of young people in Palm Beach County and beyond.

This is a full-time (40 hrs/wk) position. Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 annually

The Duties and Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Manage the development and implementation of the college and career outreach and internship program. Plan and facilitate high-quality college and career exploration and preparation workshops and events, student orientations, training and community workshops; including our annual Turn the Tables Career Panels and Internship Expo. Conduct thorough assessments to understand the requirements and preferences of both students and partner organizations, ensuring seamless alignment in internship placements and college/career exploration initiatives.Create and distribute resources such as internship guides, college and career exploration toolkits, and informational materials to support students in their professional development journey.Cultivate and maintain relationships with businesses, organizations, and community partners to create internship and career exploration opportunities for students.Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and the onboarding of students Support and participate in college-access focused community-related activities in order to maintain best practices Maintain accurate records and data keeping of internship placements, student/employer preferences, and partnership agreements to track progress, report, and evaluate program effectiveness.Assist with other events, communication, and fundraising as needed.

Required Qualifications

Passion for education and college access for underserved communitiesBachelor's degreeAt least 3 years of experience working with adolescents.College and career exploration expertise and in-classroom education experienceStrong program management and supervisory experienceStrong data analysis and reporting skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExpert computer skills including proficiency in Google Suite A valid driver’s license, good driving record, and access to a reliable vehicle to attend trainings, meetings, and to facilitate community outreach workshopsFlexibility to work a varied schedule including evenings and weekends as neededPass a Level 2 background check

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degreeBilingual in Haitian Creole or Spanish Salesforce CRM experience
