Pathways Counseling Services in Scottsdale, Arizona, is currently seeking a FT or PT Clinical Therapist to join our team as a W-2 employee. We have been voted a Top Rated counseling practice in Scottsdale since 2018 and if you join us you will see why. We welcome candidates with qualifications such as LMSW, LAMFT, LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, who have direct counseling experience working with CHILDREN/TEENS and want to be part of a supportive team environment. We have a full office staff that allows you to focus on using your clinical skills to do what you love while leaving the admin stuff to us! Associate level therapists are encouraged to apply.
Even if you’re an LAMFT, LAC, or LMSW without full supervision hours, we value your experience in individualized patient care and can provide supervision in house for you at no cost to you.
Our approach involves trauma-based methods, so an affinity for this philosophy is important. We ask that you have at least 2 years of experience in seeing Children/Teens.
Some Key Responsibilities
Conduct counseling, assessments, treatment planning, psycho-education, and case management as needed.Embrace a creative and authentic approach, using modalities like EMDR, DBT, CBT, etc.Uphold ethical standards, respecting privacy and HIPAA compliance.Maintain licensure from the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health.Secure current malpractice insurance in Arizona.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office and Telehealth.Ability to work independently and in a team.Our ideal candidate is well organized, good with time management, has good clinical decision making skills, works well in a team environment, is adaptable and flexible with a go-with-the-flow willingness to make things work, has good communication skills and is open minded with a constant thirst for knowledge and growth opportunities.
Compensation varies based on qualifications and experience.
