📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pattishall, McAuliffe, one of the largest U.S. IP practices focused on trademark, anti-counterfeiting, domain name and cybersquatting, unfair competition, copyright, advertising law and related litigation, seeks a highly motivated mid-level litigation associate to join its team. As a Pattishall associate, you can expect to receive considerable partner mentoring and will become immediately included in all aspects of client work, including direct interaction and counseling opportunities with firm clients.Your career and professional development are important to us as well. Time and care will be taken to develop the skills necessary for long-term success at the firm and in our industry, including guidance and mentoring for educational and speaking opportunities and service to industry and bar association committees and groups.

Candidates must have:3-6 years of litigation experience;Strong analytical writing and communication skills;Detail-oriented focus, with ability to effectively manage multiple client projects simultaneously;Excellent academic credentials; andDemonstrated active participation and/or service to bar and industry associations.
