📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Client
Our client is a startup specialized staffing recruitment firm that is dedicated to finding talent to organizations in the light industrial, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors with an emphasis on general labor, skilled trades and engineering/technician personnel. The firm will be based in Denver, CO but with the appetite to grow nationally.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to customers, current associates, and applicants at all times.Build job descriptions for client openings and sell candidates on the position.Source, screen and onboard candidates for clients within the light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, and general labor industries.Provide the placements with a complete hire packet including work eligibility documents, tax forms, company policies, and payroll forms. Ensure accurate employee files are kept according to federal requirements.Conduct background checks and drug screens on new placements as needed.
Type of roles you will recruit on:- Mill rights/Mechanics - Electricians- Field technicians - commissioning, installation, maintenance (electrical/mechanical)- Machine Builders- Electrical/Mechanical Assembly- CNC Operators- Robotics and Automation Technicians - PLC programming and editing- Welders
Background:Bachelors degree2+ years’ experience in a customer service role.Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.Recruiting experience preferredIntermediate computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, social media sites, and Microsoft Word.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment.Strong team player with a high level of respect & appreciation for diversity.Flexibility to adapt to a frequently-changing business environment.
