Role Impact:As a Manager of People Operations, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the company's culture, aligning it with core values, and developing strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and growth. You'll be the cornerstone for fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities:Partner with leadership to embed the company’s values in all HR practices.Lead strategic HR initiatives, including international expansion and talent management.Drive comprehensive benefits programs and ensure HR compliance across all levels.Engage in effective talent recruitment and development strategies to build a high-performing team.
