š¤ Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 3 years of experience in a Lean/Operations Excellence role, preferably within a technology manufacturing environment.Proven project management skills and a robust understanding of Lean principles and ISO compliance.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading transformation initiatives and managing high-stress situations effectively.
