📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Pavone Group, a full service marketing and advertising agency is looking for an ambitious and buttoned-up Project Manager to join our project management team working on food & beverage clients under our quench agency.
(position works in a hybrid capacity with in-person days in one of our office locations in Harrisburg, PA, Philadelphia, PA or Atlanta, GA )
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Works with project management and operations leadership to enhance process and efficiency across all teamsWorks with project teams to determine project activities and tasks to establish realistic timelinesIndependently manages project scope, budgets, and timelines of assigned projectsResolves conflicts between team members and project managers without involvement of senior leadershipMonitors and shares project status, progress, and deliverables with all key project stakeholdersDevelops and manages project scope, budgets, and timelinesMonitors potential areas of concern, mitigate risk, control scope, and work toward solutions with project teams when issues ariseEnsures profitable projects by supporting project estimation, scoping, and planning during business development.Effectively manages direct reports (if applicable)Qualifications/Skills/Abilities:
5+ years of project management experience (in an advertising agency preferred)Proven communications skills, both written and in-personProven organizational skills and a focused attention to detailProblem solver - have the ability to understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project team.Proactively analyzing, proposing, and supporting the implementation of process improvementsAnalytical, quick thinker in a fast-paced environmentAbility to easily work with everyone from designers to developers to content creators, and communicate across all levels in the companyAbility to adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalitiesCapable of leading and motivating a project teamAble to resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner
