Job SummarySeeking Industrial Engineers to enhance production stability, implement lean methodologies, ensure rate readiness, and elevate quality via root cause analysis. This role is integral to interfacing across manufacturing, engineering, and production support teams. Ideal candidates are proactive, collaborative, and keen to dive into the diverse facets of Aerospace Manufacturing, from supply chain readiness to customer delivery.
Job ResponsibilitiesDrive production stability using lean methodologies.Assess and execute rate readiness requirements.Conduct root cause analysis to improve quality.Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and production support to remove operational bottlenecks.Participate in the entire aerospace manufacturing cycle, enhancing knowledge from supply chain to customer delivery.
Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.1+ years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production.Proven track record of defining, developing, implementing, or enhancing production processes.
Preferred QualificationsStrong time management, communication, and organizational skills.1+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing and lean principles.Experience in developing and standardizing processes.Proficiency in structured problem solving and Microsoft Office Suite.
