Roofing Sales Representative
Peak Builders is a leading residential remodeling and roofing contractor based in San Diego, CA. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch services to our clients and are looking to expand our team to meet growing demands. We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to help take on our pre-set roofing appointments. This is a lucrative opportunity to make a great living meeting 1-on-1 with our clients and helping them protect their most valuable asset… their home! We offer a competitive commission structure, a flexible schedule, and training accompanied with on-the-job “shadowing”.
What you will do
Attend pre-set 1-on-1 appointments with customers in their homes NO COLD CALLING.Conduct thorough consultations with potential clients to understand their roofing needs and provide tailored solutions.Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations that showcase our roofing products and services.Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals for clients based on their requirements.Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.Cultivate strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.Stay abreast of industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to clients.
What you bring
Proven track record in sales with 2 years experience in the roofing or construction industry.Knowledge of roofing materials and construction processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Hunter-type mentality.Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Ability to climb a ladder and comfortable with being on roofs/heights.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Availability to travel within the San Diego County area.
