Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is a managerial position that supports the operations in an assigned location or locations. This role ensures that all elements of the operation, including team member performance, customer service, financials, maintenance, and safety, meet Peak standards.

Operations Manager Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day responsibilities of maintaining parking lots/garagesRoutinely communicate with ownership, management, and customersMonitor rates and adjust accordinglyCreate, implement, and manage forecasting, planning, and budgeting process for assigned location(s)Control spending and keep expenses within the approved budgetMaintain maintenance control documents while meeting maintenance goalsWork closely with the client to define performance measurements and executionEnsure all client operational documentation is complete and recorded for client and Peak recordsEnsure Peak’s standards of Customer Service are metCommunicate with customers and staff for general inquiries about parking, parking locations, and customer service inquiriesImplement company initiatives and processesPerform specific operational responsibilities as required based on the needs of the assigned location

Education and ExperienceMinimum of 2 years of operational parking experience is REQUIRED. Applicants without parking experience will not be considered due to the nature of the role within the market.

Certificates and LicensesIf working in a valet or shuttle operation, a clean driving record and current driver's license must be maintained
