Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Paralegal at Peak Partners P.C. located in Colorado Springs, CO. The Litigation Paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys with legal document preparation, document review, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions. They will also be involved in case management and trial preparation.
QualificationsStrong knowledge and experience in legal document preparation, including pleadings and motionsProficient in document review and legal researchExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in domestic relations law is a plusParalegal certificate or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies or related field is preferred
