Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Principal. The Assistant Principal will be responsible for managing daily operations, assisting in curriculum development, supporting teachers and staff, building relationships with students and parents, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment.
QualificationsStrong leadership and communication skillsExperience in curriculum development and instructional leadershipAbility to build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and staffKnowledge of educational policies, regulations, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentMaster's degree in Education or related fieldExperience as a teacher (3 years)Must have mid-management certification
