What to Expect in This Role on a Given Day
After a thrilling training period, you'll take the helm as the supervisor of a dynamic team of 5 leasing enthusiasts in your department. Your daily adventures will include:Conquering the daily review of administrator work, from data entry to legal documents, with the precision of a seasoned explorer.Engaging in active management of accounts and transactions, navigating the seas of customer, vendor, and sales rep interactions with finesse and confidence.Embarking on epic quests to review leasing documents, ensuring every detail is in place for smooth sailing.Communicating with various departments within and all levels of management, serving as a beacon of clarity and collaboration.Forging alliances with customers and vendors, building bridges that span continents and cultures.
You Will Be a Good Fit for This Position If You Have:2+ years of prior supervisory experience in a detail-oriented environment, where deadlines are sacred and performance guidance is your sword and shield.A mastery of Excel, wielding its powers to unlock hidden insights and conquer complex challenges.The strength of a silver-tongued orator and the prowess of a wordsmith in both oral and written communication.A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required.
