Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering a positive customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing and resolving customer inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining customer relationships. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
