Join us as an Industrial Maintenance Tech in our Hanover Park facility.

You will be installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing machinery, equipment at our facility.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this role is: $27.50 - $31.00. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be determined by considering demonstrable level of experience, skills, knowledge, and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, and other relevant business or organizational needs.11 paid holidays each year2 weeks of paid vacation to start (accrued weekly) and prorated based on hire date.Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceUp to 5% 401K match starting day one of employment.Tuition reimbursement to support your education goals.

More Details About The Opportunity

Working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and machinery noiseSupport manufacturing production lines with technical expertise to ensure operations achieves business objectives.Trouble shooting various equipment such as conveyors, coaters, labelers, and presses. There is a lot of automation and robotics within this facility.Working with a lot of new projects and machinery coming in to make production more efficient.Conduct preventative maintenance per department plan.Maintain Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, as well as Gemba walks and Kaizen circles.

Position hours/shifts (Overtime Available!):

3rd shift: 10pm to 6am (training will be done on 1st shift to start)

(Overtime will be required as needed)

Physical Requirements

Physical requirements are standing, walking, twisting at the waist, lifting, and lowering weights up to 50lbs. Steel toed shoes are required on the distribution floor.
