Service Manager - Maintenance and Snow Removal at Ascape Landscape and Construction

Ascape Landscape and Construction Corporation is seeking a Service Manager to oversee the administration of our snow removal and maintenance efforts. Our Service Manager - Maintenance and Snow removal at Ascape Landscape and Construction will play an essential role in the day-to-day operations of our maintenance and snow removal divisions. Our Service Manager - Maintenance and Snow Removal will have a Monday-Friday schedule from approximately 8am to 5pm. Requirements for the Service Manager - Maintenance and Snow Removal at Ascape Landscape and Construction: 3-5 years of experience working in office administration in a related industry such as construction, landscaping, plumbing, electric etc… A High School Diploma/GED required; an associates or higher is preferred Intermediate/proficient experience in Excel Basic technical knowledge and the ability to sit behind a computer for 8 hours Excellent written, verbal, and auditory communication skillsExcellent attention to detail with large and small amounts of dataProficient with using technology including CRM, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and AdobeJob Duties for the Service Manager – Maintenance and Snow Removal at Ascape Landscape and Construction: Scheduling appointments with customers for technician visits and coordinating as a liaison between customers and technicians Tracking all technician schedules Building proposals for the Operations Manager to review Managing client relationships including handling client complaints and resolving client issues in coordination with the Operations Manager Accounts Receivables for maintenance and snow removal projects including entering client payment information and tracking billing and invoicing on client accountsCoordinating payments and deposits with the bookkeeping department Collecting work orders from technicians and entering job times and work order details into the systemActing as a back up for phone system; answering phone calls from maintenance and snow removal customersOther duties as assigned
