Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role as a Group Benefits Assistant at Peoples First Insurance Services, LLC's Panama City Beach, FL location. The Group Benefits Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with benefits administration, communication with clients and employees, and maintaining employee benefits records.
QualificationsBenefits Administration and Employee Benefits skillsAnalytical Skills and attention to detailExcellent Communication Skills, both written and verbalCustomer Service experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and WordBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience with benefits administration software is a plusKnowledge of state and federal regulations on benefits is a plusAbility to obtain your Lie & Health Insurance license in the first 90 days or already posses.
