Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an
Estimator at Performance Glass located in Pompano Beach, FL. The Estimator will
be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with estimating project costs
and preparing quotes for clients and bids. This includes gathering project
requirements, analyzing blueprints, conducting measurements, estimating labor
and material costs, and collaborating with the sales and project management
teams.
Qualifications
Experience in estimating and quoting for glass and glazing projectsKnowledge of construction industry practices, materials, and techniquesStrong mathematical and analytical skillsProficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical specificationsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesFamiliarity with industry software and tools, estimating software, and project management softwareMinimum of 3 years’ experience
