Position Location: Houston or Dallas, TX. Hybrid work environment (3 days in office)Salary: $310,000 – $390,000

Position Description:Our client is looking to hire a mid-level associate (JD 2020-2018) with significant fund formation experience to join their Corporate Group in their Houston or Dallas office. The successful candidate must have experience in drafting and negotiating complex limited partnership/limited liability company agreements, including side letters, structuring joint venture investment transactions, private fund formation work (for sponsors and/or investors), and SEC investment advisory regulations. Substantive private M&A experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Texas or have the ability to waive in within 1 year of joining.
