We have an immediate need for a Treasury Analyst within our Corporate Headquarters in Livonia. You will have the opportunity to work alongside seasoned professionals and leaders of the organization helping to solve problems and add immediate value. We like to rotate team members through different responsibilities as part of a career development strategy so these will evolve over time. Regular interaction with peers and cross-functional leadership is expected as we work collaboratively to solve problems and drive improvements and efficiencies throughout the Company.
The Treasury Analyst will:Work with leadership to review and enhance Cash Forecasting daily, weekly and monthly.Monitor cash management position within bank reporting, reconciliations and fee analysis.Work with AP and AR teams to support proactive cash flow management.Maintain timeliness over month-end close deadlines for reconciliations of all cash-related accounts and journal entries.Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and ad-hoc analysis as directed by leadership.Research and assist with treasury-related initiatives such as automation tools to enhance treasury workstation software.Other duties as assigned by leadership/management.
PAWsome Treasury Analyst's will have: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.At least 1 year of experience in accounting, treasury or another related role.Microsoft D365 ERP experience preferred.CPA/MBA or progress towards completion is preferred.Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills.Detail-oriented and highly organized.Outstanding communication and conflict resolution skills.Confidence to ask questions and follow instructions based on upper management’s feedback.Hard-working individual with superior analytical capabilities.
