Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as an Operations Coordinator. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our company. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the operations teamMaintain relationship with customersManage phone systems and handle incoming calls from customersReceive work orders from customers/ customer dashboardsManage all work orders/ jobs within our system from job acceptance to job completionDispatch technicians to job sitesServe as go to resource for techniciansImplement inventory management systemAssist in creating job quotesFile and organize documents, both physical and electronicAct as a personal assistant to the operations managerServe as the front desk point of contact for visitors and clients
Experience:Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office SuiteStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workloadExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keepingAbility to work independently with minimal supervision
