Overall Function Of a Retail Customer Service Representative (Cashier)
Customer Service Representatives champion the PGA TOUR Superstore ‘Customer First’ philosophy by providing a great checkout experience to every customer.Customer Service Representative must be knowledgeable about all retail store programs and promotions and follow all related operational processes.
Qualifications Of a Retail Customer Service Representative (Cashier)
Minimum 1 year cash handling and/or customer service experienceMust be able to stand for extended periods of time, climb a ladder, and lift a 30 lb. box overhead.Flexibility to work a varied retail schedule: nights, weekends, and holidays depending on business needs.GED or high school diploma.
