Assistant Production Manager

Need an experienced and self-motivated candidate, with the ability to measure windows, doors or have 4+ years’ experience in building construction.

What You'll Do

Assist with scheduling installsSchedule measures and measure jobsUpdate LP for all contact with customers and any notable changesAssist with assigning crews to jobsEnsure materials are ready for jobsWork with crews when they load so they understand the scope of workAssist in oversee warehouse staffAssist and review labor bills for accuracy and fairnessEnsure all jobs are triggeredWork with manufacturing on job flow and issuesVisit job sites & train installers as neededAssist with holding meetings with crewsAssist with managing and collecting AR and conducting meetings

Who You Are

Requirements

4+ years experience in building construction or installation of windows and doors Prefer that the Candidate has hands-on field experience with the installation of windows and doors. Must be able to lift over 50lbs. Must be well organized and computer literate. Clean driving record, pass a background check and drug screening.

Travel Requirements

Travel to customers’ homes in the local market daily. Travel for training purposes.
