📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Position Summary: As a Manager, Technology of our front-end application team, you will manage a team of developers focused on delivery of new features and functionality to one of our core products in the loyalty marketing industry and play a central role. We are looking for a motivated and accountable individual who possesses skills to perform their own development coding in an agile environment and also manage a team of passionate developers by giving mentorship, guidance, and skills development direction. This role will also communicate and work directly with delivery managers, product owners, and solutions architects so being a good team player with effective communication skills is a must. Primary Skills5+ years of professional experience building web applications.4+ years of experience with the AngularJS JavaScript application framework4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, ES6 JavaScript and Web Standards4+ years of experience with NodeJS4+ years of experience with browser developer tools, git code versioning platforms, and JIRA4+ years of experience with workflow automation and build tooling including webpack/NPM, JavaScript testing (Cypress) and build tools, and CI/CD tools.4+ years of experience with Agile Software Development practices and concepts2+ years of experience with Web ComponentsPrior Management experience in a Manager, Supervisor, or Lead role.
