📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Brief introduction:If you are keen to work on analytical problem solving, then work in the area of advance data analytics/sciences to provide consulting to pharmaceutical clients.
Designation name & Description:As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are expected to lead and manage onshore client communication.Advance data analytics Consultant/Senior Consultants designs and implements analyses in excel based on patient level data or similar datasets to address business problems for our clients and engage with onshore team /client to help them understand the analysis and lead to data driven decision making. Responsibilities: Guiding the team on understanding the therapy or diseases area in detail.Analyze different pharmaceutical / life sciences data sets like claims data, electronic medical records, anonymous patient level data, prescription data & sales data, promotional data.Communicate results to clients and onshore team membersDevelop client relationships and serve as an onshore key point of contact for the project process automation using SQL/Python/Other available technologies/ETL Tools etc Qualification and pre-requisites:Undergraduate with Life Sciences background or Masters in pharma / life sciencesMBA Pharma / B Pharma / M Pharma/ B. Tech/ M. Tech4 and above years of pharma / life science consulting job experienceHighly motivated, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiativeStrong verbal and written communication skillsUp to 2 years of relevant post-collegiate job experienceStrong excel and PowerPoint skillsA descent background/ working knowledge around oncology therapy area is an advantage and is preferredAdherence to client specific data privacy and compliance policiesStrong analytical background. Previous background or knowledge on pharmaceutical industry; experiences on pharmaceutical brands to be advantageous- Ability to interpret and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data points, hypothesis. building with Strong excel, PPT and MS skills.Conduct independent desktop-based research for a particular disease therapy from various secondary sources (Researching assumptions on prevalent/treated population patient types, market segmentation, compliance etc.)Knowledge on various commonly used transactional data assets and others including Volumes/ Value, Rx, Specialty level, Longitudinal Patient level data assets.
