Sr D365 Functional Consultant

We are seeking highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join one of our top clients as full-time employees. As a key member of their consultancy, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in Dynamics 365 to design, implement, and optimize solutions for clients. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the United States or Canada.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and requirements, translating them into effective Dynamics 365 solutions.Lead workshops, interviews, and requirements gathering sessions to elicit client needs and objectives.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to align with client requirements, including entities, workflows, forms, and reports.Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for Dynamics 365 implementation and optimization.Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Dynamics 365 solutions.Act as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations for ongoing system enhancements and improvements.

Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and customization at a Microsoft Gold Partner.Proficiency in configuring Dynamics 365 modules such as Supply Chain, F&O, Retail & Commerce, etc.Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, with the ability to translate them into Dynamics 365 solutions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels.Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate are a plus.
